GENERAL TERMS
l. By doing business with me, you acknowledge you read and agree to my terms.

lll. Out of respect for my time, do not ''order bait'', such as sending references and discussing indepth commission information until the commission is finalized. Ofcourse asking me if I'm OK with drawing certain things before deciding to commission me is fine.
IV. Client should fill out the form properly and ask me before submitting if they have any questions.
V. The client cannot ask me to heavily reference other artists work, and must give me freedom if they only provided 1-2 references due to copyright law.
VI. No reselling, trading, tracing or altering my work in any way except for adding to thumbnails and cropping for a post.
VII. No textless for IMVU DPs.
VIII. If a pose reference isn't given and you leave it up to me, you may not ask me to redo the pose or send me references for the pose after the fact.
IX. All updated TOS and prices are on my discord server, which is where I conduct my business primarily. I do my best to update carrd but there is a possibility that some information is outdated or missing.PROCESS

ll. All fundamental changes must be requested at lineart stage, and payment is to be sent only when the client is satisfied.
III. After lineart stage, only 3 minor adjustments and colour changes can be made.
lV. After files are sent, the client will need to pay a £10 revision fee if they need any changes.
V. Client is entitled to free changes if I make anatomy mistakes or mistakes on their OC. Anatomy mistakes must be objective and not defined by preference.
VI. Client must communicate changes needed when they see the finished piece, not after, or inform me if they need more time to look over it.
i. For example, a simple "i love it!" indicates that you approve it and I send the files, but if after this, you say "oh, i forgot to mention xyz" there will be a revision fee. To avoid the revision fee, let me know if you need more time to look over it and will respond again later, or request the changes immediately.
VII. Please do not nit pick small details you wouldn't see without zooming in all the way, such as lines/pixels out of place, slight overlap in lines, etc. I'm definitely not a perfectionist and I prefer drawing zoomed out to get the jist of something. These small fine detailed mistakes exist in every drawing I have ever drawn because I prefer drawing zoomed out.Artistic freedom commissions
l. You give me an OC reference or a moodboard. The entire commission is up to me, including the pose, clothes, accessories etc.
II. No changes allowed. I send the files and that's it. Only choose this option if you trust my vision completely.PAYMENT
l. Payment is via PayPal invoice only.
ll. Payment must be sent within 48 hours of the lineart being approved.
lll. No refunds.
IV. Payment plans can be discussed for orders priced over £100.

l. Client may commission someone to animate or paint the background of my art.
ll. Personal use by default unless commercial fee was paid.
lll. Can be purchased as a gift for someone else to use.
lV. Clients with commercial usage may edit my art to use in a thumbnail.Personal use: profile picture on any social media platform, banner/cover for their personal discord or social media account, background on PC or phone, displaying it in their TH/OC folder, etc.Commercial use: thumbnails, self promo, advertising, posting on VTuber account as the VTuber in an effort to expand their brand, etc.ommercial fee may vary for anything sold in copies - depending on sale expectations and total costs. This is new to me so I will expect to negotiate with all future clients until I find something I'm comfortable with for each project.INFO
I. Turn around time is 1-7 days per commission, the client will be informed if this changes.
Il. Some backgrounds may be AI generated by DALL-E if I feel it's suited to the art piece, they are free and I don't profit from them. DALL-E is different from most traditional AI models in terms of copyrighted content, it's a more abstract model that uses public data. Prompts are kept vague to ensure an original result, prioritzing the ''jist'' of something rather than accuracy. Client must let me know if they don't want me to use this, they will be provided a plain background instead or can pay extra for a custom background (£30-50+).
lll. All art is posted on my discord server and twitter unless the client specified otherwise in the form.
IV. Art will be sent directly via twitter or discord unless client specifies otherwise.
V. I do not draw caricatures or copy features from real life photos, but you can send them for me to reference eye colour and hair colour/style.
VI. I do not accurately copy animal patterns, they'll be simplified since I'm not an animal artist.
VII. Male commissions are practice for me, which is the only reason I accept them, they will not come out as good.
VIII. I prefer curvy femme OCs and pin-up or fantasy. I can do other things but this is what comes out best.My discord server has the most updated version of my TOS because that's where I conduct 99% of my business, I may forget to update things on here, that doesn't mean they don't apply. Please check my server for the most up to date TOS.

COMMISSION PROCESS, EXPECTATIONS & CHANGES

Lineart stagel. Client receives completed lineart of the product. Please note, details may be missing.
ll. At this stage, anything can be changed, or I can start over. The client cannot go back to any previous iteration of the drawing.
III. Large problems such as body shape or pose will require me to restart the drawing and send a new lineart.
IV. Up to 3 linearts will be sent. If 3 linearts need to be sent, £15 will need to be paid for the time. If still unsatisfied after the 3rd lineart, the commission can be cancelled.
V. Client sends payment in full once satisfied with the lineart.Final stageI. The client cannot request any changes that would compromise the structure of the drawing which should've been addressed in the lineart stage.
II. The client may request corrections on anatomy or OC mistakes if they are able to guide me on how to correct it.
lll. The client may request colour changes, and 3 minor adjustments.
llll. Client will receive all versions they requested directly via discord, email, imgur, or bb image.
V. If the client decides changes are needed after files are sent, the +£10 revision fee will apply, no matter how small the change.Artistic freedom commissions
With these, the entire concept is up to me, you're just giving me something to use my imagination on. Please do not make suggestions, if you would like any degree of control, request a full commission. You can give me artistic freedom on elements of the full commission too.I. You send me an OC with premade art of them or a loose moodboard. If neither of these apply, then a full custom is better for you.

Animations listPlease note these animations are very simple. Feel free to ask for examples of them.

Animations are better suited for DPs, with large files they may go up to 80MB in file size. Large canvases are fundamentally not suited to be gifs so it wouldn't be my recommendation to go overboard with big art animations.Animations are animated using a simple fade in and fade out effect or simple moving, suitable for gifs but not videos. Please commission an animator if you require videos for storytelling purposes.
